After the events of "Girl Meets New Year", which was aired on Dec. 4, 2015, Disney's "Girl Meets World" has been airing filler episodes that were clearly shot much earlier. However, it finally looks like fans may get an update on the Riley-Lucas-Maya love-triangle plot, with the upcoming Season 2 Episode 29 "Girl Meets the Bay Window", which will be aired on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016.

Clips from the episode have been uploaded to YouTube, and from the looks of it, fans will get to see the evolution of Riley (Rowan Blanchard) and Maya's (Sabrina Carpenter) friendship from the start. The smaller version of Maya and Riley go through all the major events in their lives from meeting at the Bay Window to dealing with the news of Auggie's (August Maturo) birth.

Fans will also get to see how the girls became friends with Farkle (Corey Fogelmanis). All these event will lead up to the current issue in Maya and Riley's life, which is their feelings for Lucas (Peyton Meyer). In a clip from "Girl Meets the Bay Window", he is seen at the bay window with the smaller versions of Maya and Riley, wondering why he is not little.

The girls inform him he has always been like this in their minds. They met Lucas in Season 1 and they can only think of him as Lucas, the teenage boy they have a crush on. It is evident that the episode will be a mental journey the girls take in order to decipher their feelings for Lucas.

Riley and Maya love each other and would give up their chance at dating Lucas if it made the other happy. However, now that the feelings of both are out in the open, it will be interesting to see how "GMW" sorts it out.

While little Maya will be seen taunting Lucas by calling him Huckleberry, little Riley will be seen being affectionate to him. In the end, what will the young friends choose to do?
