Former supermodel Janice Dickinson is known for being strong and outspoken. However, she struggles with criticism when it is directed at her. This forms the storyline for this week's episode on VH1's reality show, "Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn."
In season 6, episode 5 promo, Dr Jenn Mann tells the 60-year old that her attitude hurts her fiance, Dr Robert 'Rocky' Gerner and also those who live with her in the house. During a group therapy session, the celebrity therapist focuses on Janice's rude behaviour. However, the revelation doesn't go well with her. Janice walks out and says that she doesn't need to listen to this.
Janice's exit leaves the rest of the celebrity couples befuddled. When Dr. Jenn asks Rocky's opinion on Janice, the teary eyed doctor says: "She didn't hear anything. She didn't hear that people value her and it is offensive when she acts like a bitch."
Minutes later in the promo, the camera focuses on Janice's state after her unceremonious exit. The former supermodel gasps for air and is unable to breathe. She reveals that she is suffering from a panic attack and is consoled by Dr. Jenn.
The therapist, who asks Janice to take a few deep breaths, says, "I am here to help you and I am gonna help you. Even though this is hard, I am going to push you because I know you can do it." To which, Janice replies, "Fine, push me but you should know I am a quitter."
The former supermodel breaks down finally and asks for help.
Earlier on the show, Dr. Jenn Mann said that she wants to work on Janice's tendency to be rude and offensive. However, it remains to be seen if she truly wants to seek help.
