It appears that the "Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" star Joe Budden's troubles continue. In episode 3, Dr. Jenn tells the reality TV star that he needs to appear in court for a domestic violence case. However, Joe doesn't seem to have taken his therapist' request seriously. In the latest episode, cast member Joe is found missing in the house and Dr. Jenn asks to speak privately with Joe's girlfriend, Kaylin.

The promo for episode 4 reveals that Joe has left the house in order to turn himself in to jail authorities. His arrest warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. When Dr. Jenn breaks the news to Kaylin, the latter is astonished and shocked. Garcia reveals that she has some knowledge of the domestic violence case but didn't know it was unresolved.

In the impromptu therapy session that ensues between the two, Dr. Jenn asks Kaylin if she ever feels unsafe with her boyfriend. An emotionally charged Kaylin replies that she does not provoke Joe because she grew up in an abusive household and watched her mother physically abuse her dad.

While Kaylin breaks down mid sentence, she finds support from Dr. Jenn. The therapist hugs her and says that Kaylin will get all the support she needs when she decides to come back.

Furthermore, Kaylin reveals that she's wanted to undergo therapy for three years, and might not trust Joe after his sudden disappearance from the show.

While the promo does not confirm rumours that Kaylin Gracia and her boyfriend Joe Budden have left the show, it certainly hints at an end for the couple.

"Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn" season 6 episode 4 airs on Wednesday, 10pm on VH1. You can live stream the episode via VH1 website.
