With Group C poised perfectly, neither Benfica nor Galatasaray will want to come out on the losing side in the Champions League match in Lisbon on Tuesday.

Atletico Madrid and Galatasaray are joint top at the moment with six points each, while Benfica are a couple of points behind following a Matchday 3 defeat to the Turkish side in Istanbul.

The reverse fixture will be a different result is what Benfica will hope, as they know another loss and their hopes of qualifying for the last 16 could go up in smoke, especially with Atletico Madrid expected to cruise another three points against Astana.

"Galatasaray will cause us lots of problems," Benfica manager Rui Vitoria was quoted as saying by UEFA's official website. "They are on a good run and very experienced.

"We lost in Turkey, although we were good in some areas. The away match gave us a better knowledge of our opponents. It might have ended differently. We have maximum respect for Galatasaray, but we know we can beat them. Our last meeting showed that for sure."

Galatasaray will be confident of picking up another victory, after Selcuk Inan and Lukas Podolski gave them a 2-1 win over Benfica a fortnight ago, that too after Nicolas Gaitan had given the Portuguese side an early lead.

Benfica will hope to defend better this time around at home, but Galatasaray will know if they can nip a couple of goals again, they will be sitting pretty as far as qualification to the knockout rounds are concerned, with Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoglu believing Benfica's defence is something that can be breached.

"Benfica have players that can make the difference by themselves," Hamzaoglu said. "Attack is their strongest department -- they do it well as a team – but their defence is not as good.

"If we don't get a point then Benfica are as good as through so we are aiming for a result that keeps us in the hunt for the next round."
