With "The Walking Dead" having gone on a hiatus for the filming of Season 7, The Spoiling Dead Fans is the go-to source for everything related to the zombie apocalypse drama. The Facebook page of the spoiler forum is filled with information on what viewers can expect in the upcoming season, and based on the information available on the portal fans have deduced who dies in Season 7 episode 1.

The Season 6 finale featured a major cliffhanger that saw Negan, considered one of the most notorious villains, to come out of "The Walking Dead" comics, killing someone with his barbed wire wrapped baseball bat. The screen went blank before viewers saw who died, and since then fans have come up with various theories on who Negan kills.

Glenn, Abraham and Daryl were the favourites to die, and it looks like Maggie's better half will be the one to go. Actor Steven Yeun, who plays Glenn, hasn't been spotted on filming location for a while, sparking speculation that the character meets his comic book fate in Season 7 episode 1.

So far The Spoiling Dead Fans has received reported sightings of Rick, Negan, Dwight, Daryl, Father Gabriel, and Tara. Several fans have also reportedly spotted Abraham.

Meanwhile, "The Walking Dead" creator Robert Kirkman recently spoke to Uproxx about Season 7 and according to him the upcoming season is going to be really "cool." "Negan is going to be an ever-present, constant threat that is going to change everything moving forward. And maybe I've said things like that before, but I promise you, Negan is going to be different. Season Seven is going to be really cool. I couldn't be more excited about it."

The show is currently on the lookout for Ezekiel, the leader of The Kingdom. According to reports, actor Harold Perrineau was said to be in the running, but he distanced himself from the role, tweeting:"Hey @WalkingDead_AMC fans... as much as I love the show...I'm not a part of it. Looking forward to season 7."

"The Walking Dead" will return to AMC in October.
