Tohana, Sep 29 (ANI): Addressing a rally on Monday ahead of the October 15 Haryana state assembly elections, BJP president Amit Shah urged the people to vote for his party if they wanted change for the better. Mocking former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Amit Shah said that the reason behind Singh's silence was that he did not get any approval from Gandhi to speak. The assembly elections in Maharashtra and Haryana will be held on October 15 while the counting of votes will take place on October 19.
