Vikram's "Iru Mugan" is one of the most anticipated movies of the year with the versatile actor playing multiple avatars in the Anand Shankar directorial.
The upcoming science fiction psychological thriller marks the debut of veteran filmmaker Priyadarshan and actress Lissy's daughter Kalyani to the entertainment industry.
Lissy announced the news about her daughter's entry to Kollywood via her recent Facebook post on Monday, August 8.
The actress revealed that after completing her studies in New York, Kalyani has made her debut as an assistant art director in the Vikram-starrer.
Lissy has also thanked the cast and crew of the movie for helping her daughter while working in the upcoming movie.

Wishing the movie a very big success [sic]," Lissy wrote on her social media page.
In the upcoming movie "Iru Mugan," which stars Nayanthara and Nithya Menen in the female lead roles, Vikram will be seen as a RAW agent (Akhilan) as well as a scientist (Love).
The thriller has already raised the audience expectations after the release of its trailer and songs. While Harris Jayaraj has composed the music, the cinematography has been handled by RD Rajasekhar and editing by Bhuvan.
The movie, majorly shot in Malaysia, Ladakh, Bangkok and Chennai, is scheduled to hit the screens in September.
