The second edition of Vijay Television Awards was held at Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai on Saturday.

It is a platform for the channel to recognise and honour its own talents. The function started around 6 pm and it was graced by Divyadarshini, VJ Ramya, Saravanan Meenakshi' Senthil, Sreeja, Amudhavanan, Vadivel Balaji, Rajesh, Aparna, Amith, Ratchitha, Kuyili, Sadhana, Lakshmi, Kanya, Priya, Pooja, Singapore Deepan, Diwakar, Jayachandran, Spoorthy, Sreesha, Anushya, Bharath, Haripriya and many others.

Divyadharshini wins the award for Best Anchor - Female.

Stalin wins the award for Best Supporting Actor- Male.

Kavin wins the award for Favourite Hero for "Saravanan Meenatchi".

Sathya Prakash wins the Favourite Super Singer Award.

The best game show award goes to "Connexion".

Singer Srinivas wins the Favourite Judge - Male.

The voice of Vijay TV Award goes to ‎Gopi and ‪GG.

Radha gets the award for Favourite Judge – Female.

The Favourite Anchor award goes to ‎Gopinath - Male.

The Best Pair Award goes to Priya and Amith for "Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai".

Nandhini wins the Best Comedian Award for "Saravanan Meenatchi".

Amudhavanan and Vadivel Balaji win the award for the Best Comedians.

Ilayavan wins the Best BGM award for the fiction series.

The International Find of the Year award goes to Jessica.
