The Vijay-Samantha starrer "Kaththi" is still grabbing the headlines, and the buzz surrounding Ilayathalapathy's next project "Vijay 58" (Vijay's 58th film) is also doing the rounds almost every passing day.

Now, the latest we hear is that Lee Whitaker, Hollywood stunt choreographer who has worked in films like "Arrambam," "Vishwaroopam" and "Lingaa", has been roped in for "Vijay 58". Whitaker will be choreographing stunt sequences for "Vijay 58" along with three other foreign stunt choreographers, reported Cinemalead.

According to the latest reports, "Vijay 58" will be going on floors on 10 November. The film will commence with a song shoot featuring Vijay and the leading ladies – Shruti Haasan and Haniska Motwani – in a grand set erected on East Coast Road, Chennai. After the song shoot, the film's team will shoot the stunt sequences choreographed by Whitaker, reported OnlyKollywood.

Directed by Chimbudevan, "Vijay 58" is touted to be a fantasy film with all the commercial elements. The film will reportedly have Vijay playing dual roles for the fourth time after "Azhagiya Thamizh Magan," "Villu" and "Kaththi". Unlike these films, the actor will be seen sporting two different makeovers in "Vijay 58."

Sridevi, Vidyullekha Raman and Sudeep of "Naan Ee" fame are also part of the film's cast. Devi Sri Prasad will be handling the music, while Nutty of "Sathuranga Vettai" fame, will be taking care of the cinematography. Details about the other cast and crew members are yet to be revealed.

The expectations are huge for "Vijay 58" as Ilayathalapathy has teamed up with director Chimbudevan for the first time and it is the first time Vijay will be seen in a fantasy-based script.

The film will reportedly be a complete action entertainer and only Sridevi's character will have fantasy elements. The shooting of "Vijay 58" will take place in some unseen locations across India.

Produced by Shibu of Thameens Films and Vijay's PRO P. T. Selvakumar, "Vijay 58" is touted to be the costliest film in Ilayathalapathy's career with a budget of around ₹90 crore. The film is expected to be released as a 2015 summer treat.
