The controversial reality show, "Bigg Boss", hosted by superstar Salman Khan, has become the talk of the 'House' too.
On Tuesday, Rajya Sabha members criticised "Bigg Boss", calling it 'indecent' and 'vulgar'. They stated that the reality show, which is said to be a family show, is against the moral values of the country, showing multiple marriages, violence and indecency.
"There is one show which has cameras filming women bathing in open, in another show, 'Man v/s Wild', there is a man eating insects. Have you taken any action against them?" Samajwadi Party (SP) member Vishambhar Prasad Nishad said, according to IANS.
However, Rajyavardhan Rathore, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, said that they will take action against the show if it violates the content code. He also mentioned that if any viewer wants to register a complaint, they can use a number, which is flashed at the bottom of the screen.
Meanwhile, viewers, who are glued to their TV screen everyday from 9pm to 10pm to watch "Bigg Boss 8" on Colors channel, have stated their opinion on the social networking sites, calling the "Rajya Sabha as a better reality show."
