Indian consumer electronics major Videocon has launched an entry-level Android based tablet PC VT75C into the burgeoning Indian market which currently hosts more than 130 national and MNC players.

With the sub ₹6000 price tag, the Videocon tablet is one of the very few low-cost tablets in the market to run on the latest android mobile OS Jelly Bean and also feature voice-calling capability.

Videocon VT75C is now available through for ₹5,965. Another online shopping portal has just listed the tablet as 'coming soon'.

Videocon VT75C sports a 7-inch capacitive multi-touch screen with automatic orientation detection sensors.


For a low-price tag, Videocon tablet packs a pretty decent 1GHz Processor.


The new tablet houses dual cameras - one 2.0-megapixel rear side camera (no flash support) and a 0.3-megapixel VGA front-facing camera.

Mobile Operating System and Applications:

Videocon VT75C runs on Android v4.1 OS Jelly Bean and comes pre-installed with popular apps and games such as Facebook, YouTube, Skype, Diamond Twister 2, Saavn and others.
