In a video that has started doing the rounds of social media, a railway staff is seen arguing with people at the ticket counter at Lokamanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai on 12 November.

The unidentified railway staffer and passengers engaged in an argument after a person asked her to issue tickets soon since she was counting cash while many were waiting in line. The passenger even asked her to count the money during her free time.

Irked by the suggestion, the woman argued: "Don't tell me what to do" and even put a "counter closed" board at the window.

One passenger is heard warning the woman of filing a complaint against her with the video he is recording on his mobile phone.

After the argument went on for some time, she sought the help of the Railway Police to get a hold of the passenger's mobile phone.

The video has been recorded and uploaded on Facebook by a user named Navdeep Bihani, and has gone viral, with more than 9 lakh social media users viewing it within a week.

Meanwhile, the official Twitter handle of the Ministry of Railways has tweeted that the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) has initiated action against the staffer under DA&R (Discipline & Appeal Rule) after the video went viral.
