Vice president-elect Mike Pence booed at Hamilton show; actors ask him to uphold American values
US Vice president-elect Mike Pence got booed after he attended a performance of Hamilton in New York. After the show, cast member Brandon Victor Dixon pointed out Pence in the audience.While he asked the audience not to boo, he told Pence: “We sir, we are the diverse America, who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights, sir”
