"Jai Krishna has rather taken a "done and dusted" storyline oozed it with some predicaments to make it little interesting, thanks to the lead actors Kreshna, Vijay Sethupathy and Sunaina the movie has its moments. Vijay Sethupathy's rugged looks are a treat, his daring attitude is something to appreciate whereas Kreshna's occasional comic sense prevail at time," according to Indiaglitz.

"The director uses onslaughts and action to portray this depth and the intention appears to be successful. However, the first hour of the movie surfaces in bits and pieces connected with some unsatisfactory editing and screenplay. The songs could have been placed at better situations and one might get the feeling that the romance song could have been snipped off," according to Behindwoods Review Board.

"A film on friendship falls flat due 2 a weak script & presentation. The film is targeted at mass audiences," according to entertainment industry tracker Sreedhar Pillai.

"The movie gives a 'deja vu' feeling right from the very beginning. Be it the premise or the way the story unfolds, the director does not have anything new to showcase. Also, the execution lacks the momentum, as many of the scenes fail to engage the audience. The conflicts introduced in the movie do not surprise the audience, as similar conflicts have been witnessed in many films before," stated Sai Shyam G of iflickz.
