Despite "The Vampire Diaries" actress Nina Dobrev and her co-star Ian Somerhalder calling it quits on their relationship a while ago, fans of the two actors have held on to hopes of them reuniting at some point in the near future.
But that appears to be unlikely, as Dobrev seems to have moved on to musician Dominic Howard. Reports have it that the two, who allegedly partied together at the Coachella music festival, are inseparable now and they were even caught making out recently.
These claims were made by a fan of the Bulgarian actress, who spotted her hanging out with the 36-year-old drummer from Muse at the Monaco Formula One Grand Prix at Circuit de Monaco. Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that some fans took to their Twitter accounts to note that they had just "caught them making out."
Another fan even posted a picture of them together at the Circuit de Monaco.

It is not immediately known if there is any truth to the story, as Dobrev has been linked to numerous men in the past few months, including Somerhalder. Various reports state that the two are secretly dating, but do not want to make their relationship public to avoid media scrutiny.
The two, who play lovers in "The Vampire Diaries" started dating sometime in 2009 after meeting on the sets of the series. They called it quits after a couple of years, and the reason for the split is still a mystery. But this hasn't stopped speculations, and one report suggests that Dobrev did not trust Somerhalder to be faithful to her.
"Ian's wandering eye makes it hard for her to take a relationship seriously," a source told HollywoodLife. "She likes him more than he likes her but he wants the bachelor life now that he can take advantage of it."
Interestingly, Somerhalder is not the only co-star Dobrev was linked to. Michael Trevino and Dobrev were believed to be an item some time back, and the news gained momentum after Trevino's girlfriend, Glee actress Jenna Ushkowitz, announced that she is no longer with him.
Dobrev was also said to be dating Alexander Ludwig, with whom she's currently filming a romantic comedy, "The Last Girls", prompting Celeb Dirty Laundry to come to the conclusion that the actress is incapable of working on a project together without "hooking up with one of her co-stars."
