Dehradun, Feb 21 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat on Saturday took the help of a chair to felicitate wrestler Khali in a function organized at his residence. Rawat, with the help of security officials, stood atop a chair and felicitated Khali with a 'shawl' and a 'garland'. Apparently, standing atop the chair was the only option for the CM considering Khali's height. The event was organized in order to felicitate the sport persons representing the country on national and international platforms.
