Pune, Sep 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday approved the constitution of the 7th Pay Commission, which is likely to impact at least 85 lakh central government employees and pensioners, in a way trying to woo all central employees ahead of 2014 polls.
