New Delhi/ Ranchi, Jan 09 (ANI): The Attorney General of India, GE Vahanvati, admitted to irregularities in the infamous coal allocation scam in the apex court on Thursday, media reports said. As per the reports, Vahanvati told the Supreme Court that something had gone wrong in the allocation of coal blocks, even though they took the decisions in 'good faith'. After the statement, the UPA government drew flak from the opposition. As per reports, the FIRs have been filed against BLA Industries Pvt Ltd, Gastron Technologies Pvt Ltd and some unknown officials of the Coal Ministry to whom the coal blocks were allocated during the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) regime.
