"Our phones cater to the selfie driven Indian who is also cost conscious thus Mobiistar provides a meaningful user experience with affordability. We want to give our consumers a chance to shine and Enjoy More through our new range and provide them with excellent service quality assuring them end to end convenience," Carl Ngo, co-founder and CEO of Mobiistar, said in a statement.

Now let's take a look at the features of the new Mobiistar phones and see whether they justify the price tags. Since the cameras are the biggest USP of the phones, let's take a look at how each phone makes a statement through its lenses.

All Mobiistar smartphones have 7-level beauty mode that helps users get real-time customization while clicking a photo. The rest of the features are pretty standard. Check them out below:

Mobiistar C1 Lite, C1 and C2 come with a 5.34-inch FWVGA+ display each, while E1 Selfie and X1 Dual have 5.45-inch HD+ display and 5.7-inch HD+ display, respectively. Under the hood, the X1 Dual and E1 Selfie pack the highest power in the lot with 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage, while C1 and C2 have 2GB + 16GB configuration and C Lite comes with 1GB + 8GB setup. The information on the chipset is currently unavailable.

All phones have face unlock feature except for the C1 Lite in order to make up for the loss of a fingerprint scanner. In terms of battery, there's a 3,000mAh unit in all smartphones except C Lite that comes with a 2,700mAh battery.

It is surprising to see the X1 Dual pack so many similarities with its lower-priced models despite the price difference. The only reason Mobiistar is giving consumers to go for its X1 Dual is the camera when there are plenty of other options in the market from brands like Xiaomi and Motorola.
