New Delhi, Oct 31 (ANI): British Defence Secretary Michael Fallon said his country would never forget enormous service rendered by India's heroes while commemorating their contribution in the World War I under the United Kingdom's flag. Earlier, Fallon, who is on a day-long visit, paid homage to over a million Indian soldiers who fought World War I and laid a wreath at the war memorial at India Gate in New Delhi. The British Defence Secretary indirectly sought India's assistance to tackle ISIS. This year marks the centenary of World War I, which was fought between 1914 and 1918. Fallon will give to India 6 Victoria Cross that were won by soldiers in the war.
