An Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) was spotted hovering over a tall building in the city of New York on 4 July, the day America was celebrating its Independence Day.
The object was witnessed by a UFO researcher who captured the strange object in a 30 second video.
"This amazing video was caught as a UFO researcher was watching some live cams. At 18 seconds into the video you will see this UFO pass over the buildings and pass in front it. The UFO is as wide as the antenna on top of the building, which is at least 3-4 cars in length. Fantastic capture by Orlando Bosca of Youtube." Reported UFO sightings Daily.

Sightings of a UFO have always brought curiosity among the public, experts study them and try figuring out what exactly they are and from where it comes.
In another sighting in the UK, a woman revealed that she spotted a flying object hovering over her home island of Guernsey on 23 March. Denise Poole, 52, describing the object as a flying saucer-shaped, confirmed that the flying object appeared as a red line. She spotted the saucer shaped object with a live weather webcam. The woman explained that the bright huge object moved across the screen and suddenly disappeared, but reappeared again after a short while.
"There was this thing hovering in the sky. It looked as if it was spinning. I thought I was seeing things. Every now and again it went away and then came back again. I thought 'crumbs nobody will believe me' so I took a few pictures on my phone," Daily Star quoted her as saying.
Many people have claimed seeing a UFO, but no further information has ever been available. In one of such events, a mother and daughter, on March claimed to have spotted a UFO that flew over their home in Southern Alberta. The duo claimed to have seen two bright lights flying in the sky.
"Then the light just started coming straight at us and it went straight over our house and headed to the northwest behind us. I've never seen anything like that before." CBC News quoted the mother, Martine as saying.
On 1 May, a bright red UFO has been spotted over the skies around the Hinckley area, UK. The unidentified object was spotted by a male, who reported the sighting to Leicestershire UFO Investigation Network (LUFOIN), according to the Hinckley Times.
