A dozen of tornadoes hit Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas on Tuesday forcing the people to scramble for safety. The storm accompanied by strong winds, rain and hail ripped homes apart and tossed tractor-trailer trucks into the air.

The tornadoes left at least 17 people injured but there was no report of death. Police said that seven people were injured in the suburb of Arlington and 10 people injured in Lancaster, out of which three were said to be in critical condition.
