Star Plus' "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" has topped the Television Rating Points (TRPs) in week 25 (June 18 to June 24) of 2016. According to the data released by Broadcast Audience Research Council India, the television audience measurement agency, Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel's show scored 3.2 TRPs. With this, it appears like the ongoing drama on Ruhi's custody has been keeping its viewers engrossed.

The second in the list of top scorers was "Saath Nibhaana Saathiya" with a score of 2.9. Abhi-Pragya's "Kumkum Bhagya" managed to secure the third position with 2.6 points.

Colors' weekend show "Kavach," which replaced successful show "Naagin," could manage to score 2.5 TRPs. Mona Singh and Vivek Dahiya's "Kavach" was at par with the one-hour special episode of Ssharad Malhotra's "Kasam." "Kavach" was the top show on its opening week, however, in week 25, "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" reclaiming the top spot.

"Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" and "The Kapil Sharma Show" got 2.2 points each. Kapil's show beat "India Got Talent 7" (2 TRPs) to become the top non-fiction show in week 25.

"Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat" managed to get 2.1 points, while "Swaragini" and "Udann" scored 2 and 1.9, respectively.

As for the channels, Star Plus made it to the top, followed by Colors TV, Zee TV, Star Utsav, Sony Pal, Zee Anmol, Life OK, Sony Entertainment Television and Sony SAB. TRP is a tool to measure viewers' preferred programmes and the popularity of a particular channel based on data collected from a particular geography and demography.
