Thane/ New Delhi, Jan 8 (ANI): Chairman of India's railway board Arunendra Kumar confirmed that nine people have died and one injured in a fire that broke out on the Bandra-Dehradun Express in Thane district of Maharashtra. Fire broke out in three coaches of the train early on Wednesday killing at least 9 people and injuring others. Reportedly, the fire broke out in three sleeper coaches of the train. Further Arunendra Kumar said inspection is going on as the cause of fire is ascertained.
