The trailer of Yash Raj Film's upcoming romantic flick "Bewakoofiyaan" has been unveiled.
Starring the "Vicky Donor" star Ayushmann Khurrana and Sonam Kapoor, the trailer is a joyride with quirky dialogues, upbeat music and an urbane feel.
Sonam and Ayushmann quite obviously play the love struck couple in the lighthearted flick, while Rishi Kapoor plays the strict father of the actress, who opposes the couple's relationship and stands as a threat to their marriage.
However, things take a turn for the worst when Ayushmann loses his job breaking the bubble of his ideal life and Rishi poses as the looming threat to his and Sonam's relationhip.
Directed by Nupur Asthana of "Miujhse Fraandship Karoge" fame the trailer looks paced up and fun. Sonam as usual looks her stylish self and even poses in a pink bikini by the pool.
This is Ayushmann's third film, post the dud "Nautanki Sala" and the actor looks comfortable in the role of hero-trying hard-to-impress-girlfriend's-father role.
Sonam and Ayushmann's pairing looks fresh and appealing and may work wonders for the buoyant romantic-comedy. The dialogues and chemistry between the pair appears fetching and might successfully cater to the young.
The YRF film has been set for release on 14 March 2014.
