Toyota is expected to launch the facelifted avatar of its Etios sedan and the Liva hatchback in India next week, and the probable launch date is Sept. 13. While the auto enthusiasts have already heard a lot about the Etios facelift, here is yet another set of images of the new avatar of the sedan, giving a sneak peek into the interiors of the model.

Gaadiwaadi has shared the brochure scan images of the upcoming Etios facelift, which details the changes made to the model. Going straight to the interior of the Etios facelift, the cabin has undergone thorough changes and now features updated semi digital instrument cluster, 2-DIN audio system with Bluetooth and USB connectivity and rear central arm set.

The interior now gets dual tone grey and ivory dashboard and new seats. The Etios facelift is also expected to get safety features such as ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), EBD (Electronic Brake-force Distribution) and pre-tensioners.

From a visual standpoint, the Etios facelift boasts new V-shaped grille at the front with black honeycomb inserts, chrome bezel near the fog lamps and refreshed front bumper. It gets side skirts and newly-designed alloy wheels and comes with reworked bumper and integrated spoiler in line with the Brazilian version.

As for the engine, it is expected to get the same powerplant of the current models in the market. Currently, the sedan is sold with 1.5-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel engine options. While the petrol mill is tuned to churn out 89bhp of power and 132Nm torque, the diesel mill generates 67bhp of power and 170Nm torque.
