Ludhiana, Dec 12 (ANI): Top Pakistani Islamic cleric and a key figure in a pro-Taliban alliance in Pakistan's Parliament, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, on his visit to Punjab, called upon the need to foster strong relations between New Delhi and Islamabad. He said both the nations have to improve the relations through dialogue and not by picking up arms. Commenting on the Kashmir row between India and Pakistan, Rehman said both the countries have agreed to resolve the matter through dialogue and they should move forward on that path.
