The GSM Association or GSMA association of mobile operators and related companies arrange the Mobile World Congress every year. The event was inaugurated in 1987, and has since been held in Barcelona.
Unlike some other global events like Consumer Electronics Show, MWC focuses only on mobile phones and related technology. Naturally, technology enthusiasts keep an eye on the event.

Huawei Smartwatch- Instead of launching a smartphone, Chinese manufacturer Huawei has launched a smartwatch. Named Huawei Watch, the Android Wear based smartwatch looks elegant.
