Tisca Chopra launched Dr. Mohan Thomas's book, "Perfect Picture", held at Kemps Corner, in Mumbai. The book by Dr. Thomas is a result of his 25 years of experience in the field of cosmetic surgery. Perfect Picture aims to educate people about the dos and donts of cosmetic surgery.
