Dharamsala, Oct 28 (ANI): Tibetan Prime Minister-in-exile, Lobsang Sangay attended the foundation day of a non-governmental organisation (NGO), Tibet Charity, in Dharamsala. The NGO, in its 10th year, has been contributing immensely in the fields of education, social development and animal care. Hundreds of Tibetans and supporters gathered at Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) near Dharamsala to celebrate the event wherein leaders and activists delivered speeches and various artists performed cultural activities. Sangay hailed the efforts of those involved with the charitable organisation.
