The viewers of Zee TV's "Meri Saasu Maa" will soon witness a dramatic twist in the storyline with the untimely death of Sattu (played by Pearl V Puri), which will mark the exit of Pearl from the show. Rumours have been doing the rounds that Pearl has been shown the exit due to his tantrums and his proximity with the show's lead actress Hiba Nawab on the sets that irked the show's cast and crew.
However, the actor denied the rumours on the pretext that Sattu will return. Hiba too has expressed her disappointment over the exit of Pearl but believes this to be a temporary exit and that Pearl will soon return on the show.
"Well, as per the storyline requirement, this new twist has been introduced. There might be a love triangle and Pearl might make a comeback in the show. As TRPs are not that great, makers have planned to bring these changes," Hiba told Tellychakkar.com. Talking about if she will be disappointed with Pearl's exit, the actress said: "Of course I will feel bad if he goes away."
Earlier, a source had told Tellychakkar.com that since the show revolves around Hiba's character, the makers decided to retain her while replacing Pearl with another actor. Also, the hunt for the new actor is currently going on. "Pearl and his co-actor Hiba Nawab's closeness on the sets has indeed been a huge problem to handle. Their unprofessionalism, too cozy an attitude, cuddling, conversing in sign languages, flying kisses all over the place, have given rise to problems in plenty," the source added.
Apparently, Pearl and Hiba also had a heated argument with co-star Aanchal Khuranna and hurled abuses when Aanchal reportedly confirmed in the media that Pearl and Hiba were involved in a lot of public display of affection on the sets.
