Ajith Kumar's fans will have another reason to burst crackers next Diwali (2015). The actor, who disappointed his fans with his latest movie failing to release for this festival, wants his next flick, which is called "Thala 56", to release for Diwali.

Buzz says that Ajith too realises that his fans love to watch his movies during Diwali, one of the biggest occasions for a film release in Kollywood. His latest film with Gautham Menon was supposed to release for the festival of lights this year but as the shooting has not been completed, the makers of the film have delayed the release.

Now, Ajith and director Siva have decided to release their next movie for Diwali 2015. They will start shooting the flick in December 2014, which means the duo will get enough time to wrap up the shooting as per their plans and to deliver the product on time. Hence, fans of Ajith are most likely to get a festival treat from him.

Earlier, they had promised a Pongal treat in the form of "Veeram" and kept their word. Meanwhile, Siva is busy finalising his cast. We hear that the director has decided to do away with his favourite heroine Tamanna Bhatia for his next project. The makers of the film took the decision as she had paired up with actor in their earlier film and the repetition of the lead actors may not be appealing to all sections of the audience.

Hence, the offer has reportedly gone to Hansika Motwani, who has recently bagged Vijay's next film. However, even though she wants to act with Ajith, the actress has not given a nod yet because she has other commitments. As far has the technical team is concerned, Devi Sri Prasad (music department), Vetri (cinematography), Kasi Vishwanathan (editor) and Silva (action director) have been signed.
