New Delhi/Surat, Dec 31 (ANI): An anti-terror police mock drill sparked a controversy after one of the person posing as a terrorist wore a skull cap suggesting that the terrorists belonged to a particular community.The drill meant to check the preparedness during a terror attack was organized by the Surat Rural Police.
