Panaji, Nov 28 (ANI): Giving updates about the Tehelka sexual assault case, Goa DIG OP Mishra said that the accused Tarun Tejpal failed to meet the 3:00 PM deadline to appear before the court and thereafter his plea for time extension for the same was rejected by the investigating officer (IO). Further, Mishra said that the time was given to Tejpal keeping in mind the time taken to travel from Delhi to Goa and that further investigations are carried on as per the law without any delay.
