Since the mid season premiere of season 5 of "Teen Wolf", Malia (Shelley Hennig) is driven by only one ambition: to find her mother. Even if she hasn't succeeded in finding the Desert Wolf yet, we predict that the werecoyote will accomplish her mission in season 5 episode 13.

In the previous episode, Malia and Braeden (Meagan Tandy) paid a Special Soviet Forces officer to find the whereabouts of her mother. Stiles' ex-girlfriend learnt that the Desert Wolf is near the Canadian border and has taken Deaton, the animal doctor hostage.

Although this information, gleaned after paying a bribe, does make Malia happy, she still doesn't know where exactly her mom is. In season 5, episode 13, Malia enters Deaton's clinic to find any clues regarding his whereabouts, but instead she finds Theo (Cody Christian) lurking in a corner.

The chimera upsets her by saying that Scott (Tyler Posey) will not be happy when he finds out that Deaton is missing. At this point, Malia attacks Theo mindlessly, but he manages to calm her down.

"[We can find them with the help of] the Dread Doctors. I know how they find everyone," he says. However, Theo's reason for helping her isn't clear yet.

Elsewhere in the episode, Kira (Arden Cho) fights for her life after encountering shapeshifters. In the promo, the women tell Kira, "If we can't help you, you'll stay and become one of us." What ensues is a battle and it looks like Scott's girlfriend is pretty hurt. In the video clip, she falls to the ground, bleeding.

Season 5 episode 13's synopsis reads:

Kira and her mom take extreme measures to help Kira deal with her dark side; and Lydia is surprised at Eichen House.
