"Team Fortress 2", the free-to-play video game from developer Valve, gets new content in the form of Love and War update. This update will introduce new weapons and some new bread-based items.
The update will introduce new weapons like:
- The Back Scatters for Scout - This is a Level 1 Scattergun
- The Tide Turner for Demoman - This is a Level 1 Shield
- The B.A.S.E Jumper for Soldier and Demoman - This is a Level 1 Parachute
- The Classic for Sniper - This is a Level 1 Sniper Rifle
- The Air Strike for Soldier - This is a Level 1 Rocket Launcher
Apart from the above weapons, players will also get bread-based weapons:
Bread Box will be able to craft items, inspired by the short film. The Bread Box has to be crafted before 9 July.
- The Self-aware Beauty Mark - Jarate for Sniper
- The Snack Attack - Sapper for Spy
- The Bread Bite - Gloves of Running Urgently for Heavy
- Mutated Milk - Mad Milk for Scout
The update will also have some new achievements.
The game has 9 unique players classes - Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper and Spy, who are all divided into offense, defense and support roles.
The game also features modes like Capture the Flag, Control Point, Territorial Control, King of the Hill, Payload, Arena, Medieval and Mann vs Machine mode. There is also a Training mode in the game.
Team Fortress 2 was released on 9 October, 2007 for PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Team Fortress 2 Short Film Released
Valve has released a 15-minute long short animated film, titled "Expiration Date", that tells the story of Scout who is in love with Miss Pauling, the clerical assistant and corpse disposal expert.
The Red team comes to a conclusion that they are all going to die and since Scout's last wish was to have a date with Miss Pauling, Spy teaches him how to dance, eat and behave for a date with her. But his hopes are dashed as they now have to fight the monster bread in this action-packed short film.
The short film was released to coincide with the new Love and War Update for Team Fortress 2.
