Bhopal, Nov 13 (ANI): Even as Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agarwal has sparked fresh controversy by taking a dig at BJP’s PM Candidate, Narendra Modi saying that a person who used to sell tea can never be nationalist in his views, and cannot be a PM, the Congress on Wednesday said anyone could aspire and become the PM of the country.
