The stage is all set to welcome the new bike from the house of Suzuki.
Suzuki has pulled the wraps off its much awaited Gixxer SF bike in India with an attractive price tag of ₹83,889 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Hours ahead of its official launch in the country, the company had teased the model in a new video with the tagline "Coming Soon: Suzuki Gixxer SF by Salman Khan."
As we already know, the new Gixxer SF comes with the same style and design of the existing Gixxer 155, except for the few changes such as the full fairing and bigger windshield.
Mechanically too, the fully-faired Gixxer SF remains just as Gixxer with 154.9cc four-stroke single cylinder air-cooled engine, which can churn out 14.8PS @8,000rpm and a peak torque of 14Nm @6,000rpm .The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Suspension will be taken care by a telescopic forks and a 7-step adjustable rear monoshock.
The features expected include LED tail lamp, clear lens indicators, the digital instrument cluster and aerodynamic fairing.
The bookings for Gixxer SF are underway in the country with a down payment of ₹5,000. Gixxer SF is touted as the most affordable fully-faired bike.
Likely to be offered in Metallic Triton Blue, Pearl Mirage White and Glass Sparkle Black, Gixxer SF measures 2,050 mm in length, 785 mm in width, 1,085 mm in height and gets a wheelbase of 1,330 mm.
