The Dehli police arrested a suspected militant belonging to the Indian Mujahideen (IM) in Delhi on Wednesday.

The 20-year-old Assadullah Rehman alias Dilkash was taken into custody from Chandu Nagar in Karawal Nagar. One kg explosives, detonators and a timer were recovered from him.

Dilkash, who hails from Darbhanga in Bihar, allegedly belong to the IM module led by Yasin Bhatkal. He escaped November, 2011 police raid on the arms factory run by Indian Mujahideen in west Delhi's Nangloi.
