New Delhi, July 30 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Wednesday gave a ruling that Supertech Builders should fulfill their commitment to the buyers and refund their invested money. The Court also asked Supertech to allot another flat to allottees who did not want to get a refund. The Allahabad High Court in April ordered the demolition of two 40-storey towers of real estate firm Supertech for illegal construction. The residential towers were part of the Emerald Court Project in Noida.
