Sunanda Pushkar's autopsy has now been completed and the doctors have said that she died an 'unnatural sudden death'. The doctors announced the completion of the procedure saying that there were also some injuries on her body, the nature of which cannot be revealed.

AIIMS forensic head Dr Sudhir Gupta said, "The samples for toxicological analysis have ruled out any poison. This is a case of unnatural sudden death," CNN IBN reported.

"There were certain injuries on the body. The nature of these injuries cannot be revealed," he added.

A preliminary report of the post-mortem examination, which was filmed throughout the procedure, is expected to be submitted to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate soon, an NDTV report said.

Sunanda's body has been taken to the Tharoor residence, where friends and family will pay their last homage. The funeral will take place at 5:30 pm at a crematorium in South Delhi's Lodhi Road, various sources have said.

Pushkar, who was seen getting increasingly frantic and upset over the past few days due to an alleged extra-marital affair between Tharoor and Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar was found dead in Leela Palace Hotel in Delhi.

She grabbed major headlines this week after she hacked into her husband'sTwitter account and posted private messages between him and the woman she alleged was 'stalking' him.

A spate of twitter messages from Pushkar criticizing Tarar went viral and she even alleged in a television interview on Thursday that the woman was a Pakistani ISI agent, who was trying to ruin her marriage.
