After the first official poster, the makers of Salman Khan's "Sultan" have released the first teaser of the movie. Salman is seen in his full wrestler avatar in the teaser: He plays the character of a wrestler from Haryana.

Fans have been eagerly waiting for the teaser of "Sultan," and that wait is finally over. The teaser starts with a voiceover that describes Salman's character — the eponymous Sultan — as the "jaan" and "shaan" of Haryana. Salman is first seen doing some weightlifting before entering the wrestling arena. The macho star then enters the ring as the audience chant his character's name. The actor is also seen in a little action, as he lifts his opponent and throws him on the ground.

This is the first time Salman is seen playing a wrestler, and "Sultan" is one of the most awaited flicks of this year. The "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" actor also dons a moustache and is seen with a fitter and more chiselled body.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, "Sultan" also features Anushka Sharma, but the first teaser does not reveal the actress' look in the film. The first poster of the sports drama was released April 11, and showed Salman rubbing his hand in sand before stepping into the "akhara."

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter and shared the teaser, praising it.

"Sultan" has been produced by Yash Raj Films, and also features Randeep Hooda as Salman's wrestling coach. Amit Sadh will be seen playing a younger version of Salman's character sultan Ali Khan in the film. While the flick is slated to be released on Eid, fans are expecting to watch the trailer of "Sultan" soon. Check the "Sultan" teaser here:
