Telugu director SS Rajamouli's forthcoming epic "Baahubali" has been simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu. Now, the Kollywood rights of the film have been acquired by Studio Green for a record price.

It is reported that the movie's lead actor Prabhas will be distributing "Baahubali" in association with Studio Green, which has paid a fancy amount for the theatrical rights.

The film has been made in two parts. While the first part will release in April, the final part will hit screens in 2016.

The director's previous movie "Naan Ee", the Tamil version of Telugu flick "Eega", had done record business in Tamil version and the Gnanavel Raja owned company has pinned high hopes on this project.

"Baahubali" is an epic movie that has connection with history. This movie is said to be the highest-budget movie made in Telugu film history.

The movie is written by KV Vijayendra Prasad. Prabhas, Rana Dabbubati -- seen in Ajith's "Arrambam" in a cameo by Kollywood audience -- Anushka Shetty, Tamanna Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar and others are in the cast.

Kannada superstar Sudeep, who is playing the role of the antagonist in Ilayathalapathy Vijay's "Puli", has done a cameo in "Baahubali". The multilingual movie, which is produced by K Raghavendra Rao, has MM Keeravani's music, KK Senthil Kumar's cinematography and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao's editing.
