Shimla, Feb 17 (ANI): Students and teachers faced difficulties as schools in Himachal Pradesh were covered with snow. Schools in Narkanda town in Shimla city received heavy snowfall, blanketing schools in the region. Due to this, students are unable to study inside their classes because of intense cold condition as there is no facility of heater made by the school authorities. The mid-day meal workers were also facing problems making food as there was no water in the taps. Some workers were also melting snow for cooking purposes. Most of the schools in the town re-open in the month of February. The temperature has dropped in the area due to the melting of snow. The temperature was recorded at 5 degree Celsius.
