The third instalment of the iconic Star Trek reboot series, "Star Trek Beyond," will hit theatres in India on July 22, and fans will have more reasons than one to celebrate the release.
Viacom18 Motion Pictures, which will distribute the film across India, has collaborated with vodka brand Smirnoff to launch a range of cocktails crafted to appeal to the fans.
"Star Trek Beyond" will be released in 3D and 2D formats in English and Hindi. Traversing through space, the story centres on the Enterprise crew encountering a mysterious new enemy who will put them and everything the Federation stands for to test.
Justin Lin, who helmed the the acclaimed "Fast and Furious" franchise, has directed "Beyond." Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto reprise their roles of Captain James T. Kirk and Spock from the previous movies of the franchise.

The Star Trek Beyond-Smirnoff cocktails have been created by celebrated mixologist Hemant Mundkur, who is a brand ambassador at Diageo India. They would be available across top pubs and restaurants.

Vulcan Salute — Smirnoff vodka, crushed ice and orange and lime wedges come together in this tangy mix.
Beam Me Up — Transport yourself into a night of fun with this heady mix of Smirnoff Espresso, butterscotch and coffee.
Warp Driver — This is a fusion of Smirnoff vodka and pineapple juice with coconut syrup and some blue Curacao.
LIIT (& PROSPER) — It's a snazzy combo of Smirnoff orange, Captain Morgan and gin combined with peach, cranberry and lemonade.
These limited edition cocktails are available until July 31, 2016 at prominent restaurants across multiple cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata.
