New Delhi, Oct 27 (ANI): The Navy Chief of Sri Lanka Vice Admiral Jayantha Perera on Monday received the Guard of Honour at South Block in New Delhi. Perera also met Indian Navy Chief Admiral RK Dhowan. On being asked about Chinese submarines docked in Sri Lanka, Perera said that all investors are purely on commercial basis and there is no chance of staking security of any other country, especially India. Admiral RK Dhowan said Perera visit will strengthen the bridges of friendship between SL and India. Vice Admiral Perera is on a five day official visit to India at the invitation of his Indian counterpart Admiral RK Dhowan.
