Spice Mobility Ltd on Thursday launched its latest offering in the Stellar range - the Stellar Virtuoso Mi 495 smartphone along with a Stellar Pad in India.

The Spice Stellar Virtuoso smartphone is claimed to be the thinnest smartphone from any Indian company and it comes with a 9.44mm frame. The device, which runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System, sports a 4.5-inch qHD screen and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor. In terms of memory storage, the smartphone packs 512MB of RAM and houses a 4GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB. The device comes equipped with an 8-megapixel camera along with a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphones packs a 1700 mAh battery which is claimed to give six hours talk-time and a battery life of 200 hours. The device is priced at  ₹10,499 and comes wrapped with a leather cover and a screen guard worth  ₹1,000 thrown in for free.

The Spice Stellar Pad Mi-1010 tablet comes with a 10.1-inch IPS display and packs 1.5 GHz dual-Core Processor. It houses a 3-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera along with a 1GB DDR3 RAM. The device is powered by 7600 mAh Lithium ion polymer battery which is expected to give 15 days of battery life in standby mode. It is available for  ₹12,999 and packs introductory freebies like a leather cover of  ₹2,000.
