Patna /Kaushambi / New Delhi, May 15 (ANI): Special prayers were being held across India on Thursday for the victory of BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, a day prior to the results of the mammoth general election of the world's largest democracy. Major exit polls forecast BJP and its allies to sweep to a parliamentary majority in the world's biggest ever election. In Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh, BJP supporters conducting special prayers said they will continue till Modi takes over as the Prime Minister if BJP is elected to power. Supporters sat around the religious fire along with an idol of Modi, giving offerings to the fire and chanting hymns. Meanwhile, the scenario was no different in Patna and New Delhi with people holding banners and photos of Modi participating in the prayers.
