It's been more two months since Sony's Xperia Tablet Z was globally launched at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Now, the new ultra-thin tablet PC has finally set its foot into the Indian market.
Sony Xperia Tablet Z 3G variant is now up for pre-orders at two online shopping marts - Flipkart and Infibeam, for ₹44,990. The device is expected go on sale in the first week of June.
The tablet sports a 10.1-inch LCD WUXGA (1920x1200p) display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 and runs on the Android v4.1 Jelly Bean OS powered by 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core krait processor with Adreno 320 graphics engine.
Like its Xperia smartphone cousin, Xperia Tablet Z features a water and dust-proof body case which can last underwater for close to 30 minutes.
