Price details of the recently unveiled Xperia Z5 series smartphones have reportedly been released for the Europe regions.
Sony community website Xperia Blog has claimed that the prices of the Xperia Z5, Z5 Compact and Z5 Premium will range between €549 (around $617/ Rs 40,800) and €799 (around $897/ Rs 59,420) in Europe [See details price-chart below]. Some private stores like Clove are offering buyers same devices for much lesser price.
For the uninitiated, Xperia Z5 Premium is the world's first smartphone to boasts 4K (3840 X 2160) resolution display. It comes in 5.5-inch screen size with a staggering pixel density of 806 ppi (pixels per inch).
Under the hood, it houses a Snapdragon 810 processor, backed by 3GB RAM 32GB inbuilt memory and a high-capacity 3,430 mAh battery to power the high-resolution display. The company claims that the phone can run for close to two days with single full-charge. It also boasts QuickCharge v2.0 technology as well.
The 5.2-inch Xperia Z5 too features pretty much the same internal hardware seen inside the premium model, only difference being, it packs a 2,900 mAh battery.
On the other hand, Xperia Z5 Compact is the smaller of the above two models and comes with a couple of changes in terms of RAM (2GB) and battery capacity (2,700 mAh).
All three boasts top-of-the line 23mp camera with Sony Exmor RS for mobile sensor, Hybrid Auto Focus 0.03 sec, 5 x Clear Image Zoom and a wide-angle 5mp snapper on the front. [Detailed camera details below]
